Terms and Conditions for All Vendors
I hearby make application for booth space or food truck space for sale purposes at the 2022 Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake event checked above. In submitting this application, I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations previously set forth. I assume all risks associated with this event and hold harmless the Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake d/b/a Festival on the 4th or The Palmer Lake Restoration Committee, it's members, it's volunteers, and partners. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all sponsors, their representatives, and successors and any individual or group associated with this event from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons names in this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, verbal or written agreements or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including publicity.
Terms and Conditions for the Food Vendors
By clicking on the Submit button, I agree that I have read the Terms and Conditions for Food Vendors and accept the full terms of the contract. This includes sending a Certificate of Insurance to Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake -- Vendor Coordinator and have an approved and current El Paso County Public Health Food Inspection Report. Food vendors must supply their own generators, as there is no electricity at the site.
Terms and Conditions for All Sponsors

  1. Organizer Obligations

    The Organizer, known as The Palmer Lake Restoration Committee planning the 2023 Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake will give the Sponsor contribution for the benefits listed under the Sponsor Registration page: https://trilakes360.com/sponsor-registration/

  2. Sponsor Obligations

    The Sponsor agrees to pay the amount of their Sponsor Fee made payable to Festival on the 4th or The Palmer Lake Restoration Committee. Donations are due immediately to the 2023 Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake Event Director or the Sponsor Coordinator. An invoice for donation payment will be sent to the person requesting sponsorship on the application.

  3. Sponsor Trademarks and Materials

    The Sponsor grants the Organizer the right to use the Sponsor's trade names, logo designs, trademarks, and company descriptions as provided by Sponsor marketing materials. These assets may be used in any medium of advertising, promotional products, or marketing materials distributed solely in connection with the 2023 Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake. The Organizer agrees to use materials according to Sponsor's trademark usage guidelines."

  4. Term

    Your generous 2023 Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake sponsorship will be shown and announced once payment is received by Festival on the 4th or The Palmer Lake Restoration Committee for a term of one year or no later than July 4, 2024, and then archived on our website online. The 2023 Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake sponsorship will be advertised as listed under the Sponsor tier shown on the our sponsor registration page shown here: https://trilakes360.com/sponsor-registration
