This event is free to the public and is only made possible by generous sponsors, parking fees and any proceeds made at the event. ABOUT THE FESTIVAL ON THE FOURTH AT PALMER LAKE Spend your late afternoon and evening in beautiful Palmer Lake, and enjoy food, fun and frolic. Beer garden, wine booth, live music by Air Force Blue Delta band, Pikes Peak Highlanders (bagpipers)and Mojo filter, food & gift vendors. Enjoy entertainment from the Renaissance Festival Street performers throughout the festival grounds, face painting, corn hole stations, kids dance party, free gifts and much more. Don’t miss the display of motorcycles Pike peak Harley Davidson has to offer and giveaways for the kids, be sure to stop by and meet Maverick the dog from Phil Long Ford and take a picture or enjoy a quick show from the Airforce Falcon and Falconer! DATE: Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 LOCATION: Palmer Lake Centennial Park, West side of the pedestrian bridge near the ball field. HOURS: Event times: 4:00pm-10:00pm Gates open at 3:00pm for parking and seating Fireworks display scheduled for 9:15pm Park closes at 11:00pm To purchase alcohol all participants must be 21 years of age or older, show current id and have a qualifying stamp. CHILDREN: We love our kids AND all are welcome, but please do not leave your young children unattended at the park. Be sure to check in with our firefighters and police officers for a special gift from each of them. PETS/ANIMALS: No animals will be allowed except service animals that are specifically trained to aid a disabled person and Phil Long Ford’s dog Maverik FOOD and VENDORS: Food trucks and local vendors will be available during the festival to purchase food and other goodies. Specifics coming soon WHAT TO BRING: You are free to bring a lawn chair so you can relax and enjoy enjoy the event, cold drinks, and beer and wine and food will be available for sale within the festival area while listening to some wonderful music. You should also plan for Colorado weather: Bring sunscreen, a hat, a rain jacket, umbrella, and possibly a wagon. MOST IMPORTANTLY: BRING YOUR ID! No ID, no admission to beer & wine garden without it. WEATHER POLICY: THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT: As they say, the show must go on, rain or shine. So come prepared for inclement weather; remember, it’s Colorado. If in the worst-case scenario, the fireworks are banned due to a fire hazard, by the Fire Marshal, the FESTIVAL with still go on. There would then be no fee for parking, and we will try to expand the band line up. MUSIC: United States Air Force Academy Band, Pike Peak Highlander’s bagpipers, MoJo Filters, and a DJ Dance Party.

YMCA Creepy Crawl 5K
Join us for the 14th annual Creepy Crawl 5K and Kids’ Monster Dash at the spooky yet beautiful Palmer Lake Santa Fe Trailhead! Costumes are encouraged, and there will be treasure to be had along the way. You’ll have a great time while making it possible for our friends and neighbors in need to access membership and programs at the Y. Register early to get your Creepy Crawl T-Shirt. Tri-Lakes Cares is a community-based, volunteer-supported resource center whose purpose is to improve people’s lives through emergency, self-sufficiency , and relief programs.
ABOUT THE WINE FESTIVAL
Spend your day in beautiful Palmer Lake, and enjoy tastings from over 20 Colorado wineries with live music, food & gift vendors.
The first 1,000 attendees will receive a FREE Palmer Lake Wine Festival souvenir tasting glass AND wine tote!
VIP tickets give you early access to the festivities, exclusive tastings, private bathrooms, and a private covered tent.

DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKETS:
We are offering a designated driver ticket. ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE A TICKET. Tickets are FREE and include admission into the park. No wine glass or wine tote will be provided. AGE MINIMUM OF 18 YEARS. Designated Drivers over 21 may purchase bottles of wine. Wine may not be consumed during the event. Any fraudulent use of this ticket by the ticket holder or other attendees will be grounds for removal from the event for all associated parties.
PETS/ANIMALS:
No animals will be allowed except service animals that are specifically trained to aid a disabled person.
FOOD:
Food trucks and local vendors will be available during the festival to purchase food and other goodies.
WHAT TO BRING:
You are free to bring a lawn chair so you can relax and enjoy some delicious wine while listening to some great jazz music. You should also plan for Colorado weather: Bring sunscreen, a hat, a rain jacket, umbrella and wagon. MOST IMPORTANTLY: BRING YOUR ID! No ID, no admission, even with a ticket.
REFUND POLICY:
Ticket purchasers may receive a full refund (less Ticketspice fees) up to 7 days before the event (before 9/4/22). To request a refund, please send an email request to palmerlakewinefestival@gmail.com. Palmer Lake Wine Festival will not provide refunds for attendees after they have attended the festival.

Participate in a town-wide 4th of July Celebration.
In addition to the street fair, the events attracting over 10,000 participants are a beer garden, a parade, a fun run, and more.
This registration is for vendors at the Street Fair only. If you are a vendor needing multiple spaces, there are discounts available for your second and third spaces.
Spots are only held for 10 days without payment. A certificate of liability is required from all vendors.
We will do our best not to put like businesses next to or near each other. You may keep an eye on the map to see who ends up around you.

Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake
Join us for a 4th of July, family-fun event in Palmer Lake, Colorado.
The Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake event has attracted over 10,000 participants. We will have vendors, food trucks, 4 local bands, a beer garden, bouncy castles, an obstacle course, kid activities, a dunk tank, hole in one disc golf tourney with prizes (1st place – 5 burner grill with side burner; 2nd place 3 burner grill), and concession stand with brats, hotdogs, chips, drinks, event t-shirts, and fireworks swag.
We are ready to register vendors, sponsors, and volunteers for our event. Vendor spots are limited, and a certificate of liability is required from all vendors. Food vendors must also include a current El Paso County Health Inspection Report.
We will do our best not to put like businesses next to or near each other.
All vendor fees must be paid within 10 days of registration to reserve a spot, this is a rain or shine event, and there will be no refunds.
