This non-refundable Vendor Registration Fee is $150.00 for (1) 10′ x 10′ space and $250 for (1) 10′ x 20′ space. Please refer to the checklist above if you are a food vendor. There will be no generators provided. If food vendors need electricity, you must supply your own generator. If you are a food truck business, please read details below.
Food trucks up to 22′ will pay a $500.00 Registration Fee. Any food trucks larger than 22′ will pay a $750.00 Registration Fee. Food Truck availability is limited and depended on space – please refer to the Food Vendor checklist.
You are renting a 10’ x 10’ or 10′ x 20′ space only. You are responsible for supplying your own canopy tent, tables, chairs, drop cords and any other equipment or signage you may need.
All activities related to your booth must remain within your space. Festival on the Fourth at Palmer Lake Volunteers have the authority to move items if outside of the designated space.
All events held at Palmer Lake must comply with the following. Failure to comply within these guidelines could result in vendor/contractor being barred from event. Vendor/contractor will be responsible for all damages resulted by careless actions and will pay for damages incurred.
Check-in will be at 11:00 a.m. for the 10′ x 10′ vendor booths, 11:30 a.m. for the 10′ x 20′ vendor booths, and 12:00 p.m. for Food Truck Vendors.
Optional teardown time at 8:00 p.m.
This event will be held rain or shine. No animals permitted on the grounds — Service dog only and must be on a leash and cleaned up after.
